Dissolve 3 g of salt in 250 ml of warm water. Drink the solution slowly, 2-3 times a day - morning, noon and evening, 30 minutes before meals.
Dissolve 1 sachet (3 g) in 200 ml of warm water. Drink the solution slowly, 2-3 times a day - in the morning, during the day and in the evening, preferably 30 minutes before meals for maximum effect.
The salt dissolves in warm water. Warm sparkling water is recommended for better taste and to reduce high alkalinity.
